Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
Returns are free and easy. We hate when items don't fit how we want them, so we offer free returns on most orders within 30 days of delivery. To return an item please follow the steps listed below:
Return from your phone:
- Click the menu (three horizontal lines) on the top left
- Click Login
- Enter the email address you used when purchasing your item.
- On your profile page click Request Return
Return from your computer:
- Click profile at the top right beside the cart icon (it looks like a person).
- Click Login
- Enter the email address you used when purchasing your item.
- On your profile page click Request Return
We will review your return request and instruction for shipping will be emailed. Your purchase will be refunded once item has been successfully returned to our warehouse. Feel free to reach out if you have anymore questions at hello@dirtpilecreative.com
Shipping
We fulfill all order out of our warehouse in Austin, TX so please allow 1-3 business days for your items to be fulfilled.
After fulfillment, standard shipping time is 3-7 business days.
Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days, but please allow up to 7. If you have any questions at all feel free to email us at hello@dirtpilecreative.com.
