Refund policy

We hate when items don't fit how we want them, so we offer free returns on most orders within 30 days of delivery. To return an item please follow the steps listed below:

Return from your phone:

• Click the menu (three horizontal lines) on the top left
  
• Click Login
• Enter the email address you used when purchasing your item.
• On your profile page click Request Return 

Return from your computer:

• Click profile at the top right beside the cart icon (it looks like a person).
  
• Click Login
• Enter the email address you used when purchasing your item.
• On your profile page click Request Return

 We will review your return request and email you shipping instructions. Items must be returned in a box or other non-crushable packaging to protect them in transit. All returned items will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for items received in undamaged condition once they arrive at our warehouse.
